Make sure you're using the correct phone number or email registered with your account. If you've forgotten your password, tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen or contact us on WhatsApp and we'll reset it for you.
If you entered something incorrectly, please contact us on WhatsApp with the store name, date, and the correct details. We'll update it from the backend. Editing functionality for past entries will be added in a future update.
Try closing and reopening the app. If the problem persists, check your internet connection. The app requires an active connection to sync data. If issues continue for more than a few minutes, let us know on WhatsApp.
